• Daily Coronary Care Unit (CCU) rounds with cardiology consultants and specialists, including in-depth clerking of patient history and precise examination of physical and mental status.
• Careful analysis and interpretation of laboratory reports and imaging, reaching an accurate diagnosis with competent management of patients alongside other team members.
• Confident in performing core medical procedures such as catheterisation and NG tube insertion, and central venous catheterisation with supervision.
• Immediate diagnosis and management of medical emergencies with timely referrals when needed.

Cardiac HDU and Coronary Care Unit role supporting accurate diagnosis and patient management.

• Daily Cardiac HDU and CCU rounds with other team members for accurate diagnosis and competent management of patients.
• Confident in performing core medical procedures such as catheterisation, NG tube insertion and central venous catheterisation.

Monitored Internal Medicine training with senior physicians, preparing for fellowship Part 2.

• Worked as a monitored trainee under senior physicians in Internal Medicine, with a view to appearing for Part 2 of the fellowship examination under the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons.
• Daily ward rounds of Internal Medicine inpatients with consultants and seniors, including admission of patients, precise history taking, case presentation, early follow-up and discharge of patients.
• Performed procedures such as paracentesis (ascites and pleural fluid tapping), lumbar puncture, joint fluid aspiration and insulin administration.
• Attended seminars on the management of hypertension in acute stroke, lymphoma, disseminated TB, sepsis, dengue and chikungunya.
